The Jacobsen Subscriber shall indemnify, defend and save harmless the The Jacobsen, and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all liability, loss, cost or expense (including attorney's fees) by reason of liability imposed upon the Jacobsen Subscriber, arising out of or related to The Jacobsen’s services, whether caused by or contributed to by the The Jacobsen or any other party indemnified herein.
